What is RTT
It combines the most effective principles of Hypnotherapy, NLP, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bring unparalleled results in one to three sessions.
RTT is about freedom and empowerment; it sets people free from their painful past, releasing destructive/negative habits and addictive patterns. RTT empowers clients to move on positively with life, released from the self-limiting beliefs that have kept them trapped.
RTT is for anyone (children and adults) in mental and physical pain or who have blockages preventing them from enjoying life. It’s for those who are ready to make positive changes to their lives
What happens in an RTT session
Looking at these scenes with your adult eyes, you can give new meaning to them and remove any irrational beliefs that you may have formed as a child. After looking over three or four scenes from your life and working together to understand their meaning for you, I then give your mind suggestions, upgrading you with new helpful, supportive beliefs that are in line with what you want for yourself and your life. You then receive a recording which you listen to for at least 21 days.
The mind learns by repetition and by hearing these suggestions every day you are programming yourself with habits of thought which will lead to the right habits of action. This is why RTT works so well for breaking habits like smoking or emotional eating, but it is also brilliant for PMDD/PMS mood swings, confidence issues, low self-worth, depression, anxiety and much more.

I suffered from anxiety and abandonment issues for as long as I can remember. My father left my mother with four children and no support when I was 8 years old and the feeling of grieving for the family I wanted and the attention I craved from my parents stayed with me through my teenage years and adult life. It affected my relationships with my partners and I let the wrong people into my life. It took away the feeling of being fulfilled and comfortable in any situation be it with friends, work or a partner as I knew all too well the feeling of contentment could be taken away at any time.
I held all of my emotions in. I didn’t talk about how I felt. I didn’t grieve. I didn’t heal. Instead, I pushed my feelings down deeper and distracted myself to avoid acknowledging the internal pain I had carried with me for so long.
I had trained as a ITECH complimentary therapist in 2005 and was given the opportunity to practice Reiki, massage and aromatherapies on a healing retreat. This is when everything changed. I met like minded people, who had made their life’s work about helping others, and RTT hypnotherapy became of interest to me.
I started looking into the fantastic work of Marissa Peer and was amazed. I had had therapy before but never got to the root cause of all of the issues in my life. RTT helped me heal my past traumas, remove blocks around not feeling good enough, releasing guilt and letting in emotions. I have had both physical and emotional healing as a result.
RTT works and it works quickly. It’s had an amazing impact on my business and life, as well as my clients, and it will do the same for you.

FAQs
How Long Does it Take?
An RTT session is usually 90 minutes, but I always recommend you give yourself a 2-hour block of time, so we don’t need to rush.
What if I uncover something I don’t want to share?
If you uncover something that you don’t wish to share, that is totally fine. I will still be able to help you resolve it as long as you can tell me how that scene is affecting you, i.e, how it’s making you feel.
What if I cant be hypnotized ?
You can. Everyone can. As long as you are willing to enter hypnosis, you will. It’s an easy enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.
How many sessions do I need ?
The number of sessions depends on your unique situation. RTT is a very powerful technique so most issues can be resolve in as little as one to three session. Deeper or more complex issue may require additional sessions.
Will I be under your power?
No. You are in charge. You cannot be made to do anything against your will. You are awake and alert, and aware of everything that is happening throughout the session.

What does it feel like?
The experience feels different for everyone. Some people feel a floating sensation, some people feel sleepy, but most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. Regardless of what it feels like – it’s working.
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary ?
If you go back to scenes that are traumatic in any way, it’s important to remember that you are not re-living that scene, you are simply reviewing it and are totally safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions, so you can release old wounds and start your healing journey.
When will I start to see changes ?
There are three types of change from RTT – every person is different.
- Immediate: You feel a massive shift straight away. You feel a change in your physiology, thoughts and behavious right in the session.
- Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
- Retroactive: You don’t see shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.
Are our sessions confidential ?
Absolutely. All sessions are completely confidential. I would never share any personal information without your consent.
Are online sessions as effective as face-to-face?
Online sessions are conducted over zoom and are equally as effective as face-to-face sessions. Zoom is a free platform and is very easy to use. Some people actually prefer online sessions as you don’t need to travel and can relax in the comfort of your own home.
